About Teal Paradigm
We envision a world that works for everyone, one that we all want to be a part of.
We stand for clarity, coherency, honor, integrity, etc...
That is what the Teal Paradigm is all about.

Teal paradigm stewards view the world as a living entity with its own energy, sense of direction, and calling to manifest something in the world as a Whole Living System. They don't force a course of action; they listen to where they are naturally called to go.
How Teal Organizations Work?
Teal organizations, also known as "self-managing organizations," are a concept developed by Frederic Laloux in his book "Reinventing Organizations." Teal organizations are characterized by a flat hierarchy and decentralized decision-making, with an emphasis on self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose.
In Teal organizations, leaders serve as facilitators rather than bosses, and decision-making is distributed among all members of the organization. This allows for more autonomy, creativity, and ownership among employees, leading to greater engagement and accountability.
Teal organizations also focus on creating a sense of "wholeness" within the organization, which means that individuals are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, including their emotions and personal values, and to work on their personal growth and development.

Additionally, teal organizations have a strong sense of purpose and focus on creating a meaningful impact in the world. They often have a long-term, evolutionary view of their purpose and see their role in the larger context of society and the planet.
